Captions during the call, an approved transcript afterward

Captions appear while people talk, and a viewer can switch to a language they read comfortably. When the meeting ends, you get a transcript with speaker names and a summary. A reviewer approves both before anyone else sees them.

Each deployment chooses its own model

Speech and text are processed inside your own deployment. No single model is built in, and each deployment sets which model does the work.

Live and translated captions

As people speak, captions appear at the bottom of the call. A viewer can switch the caption track to another language and read along in that language.

Speaker labels and transcript

After the meeting, the transcript shows what each person said next to their name. You can search it for a phrase or open the moment a topic came up.

Summary of decisions and tasks

The summary lists the decisions and the tasks with the person responsible for each one, so someone who missed the call reads what was decided in about a minute.

Translated subtitles for content

For a shared video or a recording, subtitles can be produced in another language. They wait for a reviewer to approve them before publication.

Dubbing workflow

Recorded content can be voiced in another language. This runs only when the content owner's rights and your organisation's policy allow it.

Captions, transcript, and summary

Captions run while people are speaking. When the meeting ends, the words become a transcript, and a short summary lists the decisions and the tasks. A reviewer can correct any part of it before it goes out.

A reviewer approves the output, and access follows the meeting

Machine output starts as a draft. A reviewer reads it, corrects what is wrong, and approves it. Each caption, transcript, and summary opens only for the people who were admitted to the meeting, so an output does not reach someone who could not attend. Translation and dubbing stay within the content owner's rights.

What depends on your deployment

Captions, translation, transcripts, and reviewed summaries are produced inside the deployment your organisation operates. We go through your environment with you before we say what will run in it. Availability depends on your deployment and configuration. Contact RoomHex for deployment requirements.
