RoomHex runs on your servers
The deployment is installed in your environment and served from your own domain. Calls, recordings, and transcripts stay on those servers.
RoomHex is served from your own domain. Calls, recordings, and transcripts stay on those servers, and a person reaches the platform only after an administrator creates and approves their account.
A deployment runs inside your infrastructure and on your own domain. Your administrators create the accounts, group people into organisations and branches, and turn features on for each group.

There is no public signup. Access stays closed until an administrator creates an account and approves it for the deployment, so you know who is on the platform.
Administrators group people into organisations and branches, set the policy for each branch, and hand day-to-day administration to the people who run those groups.
A host approves each participant before they enter a room, and the default settings start restrictive rather than open.
Some capabilities depend on how the deployment is set up. During installation we go through which features are turned on for your environment and how each one is configured.
Calls and meetings
One-to-one calls and meeting rooms include join approval, a participant grid, chat, raise hand, and screen share, at a latency that keeps a conversation natural.
Administrators arrange people into organisations and branches and set policy at each level. Session activity is recorded for later review, and synchronised cinema and a structured classroom run in the same deployment.
Captions, translation, transcripts, and summaries are generated inside your deployment. A reviewer checks the output before a team relies on it, and each participant sees only what their permissions allow. Dubbing and translation need the content owner's consent.
