Set up a meeting, class, or shared session ahead of time and put it on the calendar for the right people.

Send invitations, or approve join requests as people arrive. The host decides who enters.

Run the live session with host controls, screen share, chat, and raised hands, then move into a structured class or a synchronised screening in the same room.

Administrators review activity, adjust policy, and manage users and permissions across branches. Each site follows the rules its organisation set.

- Smart Sync Cinema holds playback at the same point for everyone in a shared session and supports reactions and coordinated pauses. Playback starts after the content owner's rights, the recorded consent, and the playback policy have been applied.
- Protected content library
- The content library plays material through short-lived tokens and does not publish direct file links. This makes copying harder for an end user.
- Session results and administration
- After a session, administrators record its outcomes and keep the recording. They manage policy, users, and permissions for their own organisation and its branches.
