Common questions about pricing
Why is there no price list?
Two organisations on the same package can need very different hardware, storage, and onboarding time, so one published figure would be wrong for both of them. We quote once the deployment has been scoped with you.
Is a private deployment possible?
Yes. RoomHex runs as a private, self-hosted environment. This kind of deployment is the basis of the Sovereign Enterprise package, and we arrange it for the other packages on request.
How is capacity calculated?
Capacity follows the sessions, participants, and storage you expect. We size the deployment against your real use while we scope it, and you can raise it later as your organisation grows.
Are features controlled at branch level?
Yes. An administrator sets the limits for the organisation once and delegates day-to-day control to each branch, and a branch works within the limits set for it.
What does onboarding include?
Onboarding covers the deployment design, configuration for your domain and roles, validation in your own conditions, and provisioning access for your administrators. Onboarding is deeper in the higher packages.
Is custom integration offered?
Integrations are discussed case by case while we scope the deployment. We go through what your organisation needs and what the deployment supports, and anything we agree to is written into the scope before you commit.
